and is duly registered under section 23 of Trade Marks Act, 1999. The Site’s
logo, domains, service marks, and trademarks may not be used publicly except
with the Site’s written permission. We aggressively defend our intellectual
property rights. Other manufacturer’s product and service names referenced
herein may be trademarks and service marks of their respective companies and are
the exclusive property of such respective owners. The Site’s marks may not be
used publicly except with express written permission from the Site, and may not
be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in
any manner that disparages or discredits the Site.
The

owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Site (collectively, “Materials”) is
the proprietary information and valuable intellectual property of MitsNHeds.com
or the party that provided the Materials to the Site and the site or the party

Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access

is the property of the Site or its content suppliers and is protected by the
copyright act 1957, as well as other laws and regulations currently in force.
All
members of MitsNHeds.com WILL HAVE TO AGREE to all the
clauses provided in these Terms & Conditions before viewing/posting/downloading
any material from any location of the site. MitsNHeds.com is strictly a
private forum for limited members only. You MUST AGREE to the following
Terms & Condition :

will not post any copyrighted material which is protected by Indian
copyright act, 1957. You shall not post any direct/indirect links to any
copyrighted material on any other web sites. MITSNHEDS.COM WILL
NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any of the postings made by any of the members
which may breach any of the laws of the land. If you feel that some of the
materials on the site are in breach of the local laws, please refer to
clause 6 and the same shall be compiled by the Webmaster of the site.

You
will not post any material which is lascivious / pornographic and is in
contravention of section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as well
as Section 6 of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 and
section 292 of Indian penal code. MITSNHEDS.COM WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE for any of the postings made by any of its members in any
manner.

Any
member who will post any remarks which may result in to spreading of
disharmony between religion, race, caste or community or any other ground
whatsoever, or any statement made by any member which is in conravention of
section 505 of Indian penal code shall be banned permanently and MITSNHEDS.COM
WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any of the statements made by such member.

In any
event of any dispute with any of its members against MitsNHeds.com,
the member shall give a 30 days notice in advance, and the same
shall be referred to an arbitrator chosen by the parties and all the
proceeding shall be governed by arbitration and conciliation act, 1996. The
jurisdiction of the same shall remain exclusively in Ahmedabad.

All
details of all the members, including e-mails and other personal information
shall be kept strictly confidential and will not be misused in any manner
whatsoever. All IP addresses of all the members shall be logged. MitsNHeds.com
shall not reveal any information of any of the members unless duly
prescribed by law.

Notice
of Claimed Infringement
The site respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our users
to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that
constitutes copyright infringement, or you intellectual property rights have
been otherwise violated, please provide the Site’s Copyright Agent the
following information :

Conditions and all matters arising out of or otherwise relating to these Terms &
Conditions shall be governed by the Indian contract act, 1872.
In case you not
agree with any of the clauses mentioned above, you will not enter the site and
you do not fall within the definition of “member” as mentioned in the above.
